ValistiQ was founded by Arturo Lacave, a lawyer with a Law degree and an LL.M. in International Business Law from IE Law School.
He began his carreer at EY, advising clients on legal and regulatory matters, and later worked with international organisations such as the World Business Forum and Thomson Reuters, where he advised corporate legal and tax teams on transformation projects, legaltech implementation and the optimisation of internal processes.
He also lectures at IE Law School, focusing on the evolution of the legal sector, the transformation of in-house legal functions and the growing importance of legal procurement.
ValistiQ operates through a partner-led model, combining senior legal expertise with a global network across the legal and advisory ecosystems, ensuring independent judgement and access to the right expertise across jurisdictions.
Founded in 2020, ValistiQ builds on a deep understanding of how companies select external legal advisors and how law firms operate in practice.
