FOUNDING PARTNER & ADVISORY MODEL
Senior-led advisory with real market insight
ValistiQ was founded by Arturo Lacave, an international lawyer with extensive experience advising companies on complex legal and cross-border matters. He holds a degree in Law and an LL.M. in International Business Law (IE Law School).
Before launching ValistiQ, he worked at EY (Ernst & Young) where he advised clients on legal and regulatory matters. He also worked with international organisations such as the World Business Forum and Thomson Reuters, where he advised corporate legal and tax teams on the use of legal technology and internal processes.
He also lectures at IE Law School, focusing on the evolution of the legal sector and the transformation of in-house legal functions.
ValistiQ operates through a partner-led model, where each mandate is led at senior level and supported carefully by a curated international network of legal and professional advisors.
Founded in 2020, ValistiQ builds on an established global network and a deep understanding of how companies select external legal advisors.
