About the Founder
ValistiQ was founded by Arturo Lacave, an international lawyer advising companies on complex legal and cross-border matters. He holds a degree in Law and an LL.M. in International Business Law from IE Law School.
Before launching ValistiQ, Arturo worked at EY (Ernst & Young) where he advised clients on legal and regulatory-related matters. He also worked with global organisations such as the World Business Forum and Thomson Reuters, where he advised corporate legal and tax departments on the use of legal technology and internal processes.
Arturo is also a lecturer at IE Law School, where he teaches on the evolution of the legal sector and the transformation of in-house legal functions.
ValistiQ was created in 2020, building on an established international network and a deep understanding of how companies select external legal advisors.
Arturo remains personally involved in all client engagements, reflecting the same partner-level involvement that companies expect from leading law firms.
